With a strong 30 year entrepreneurship experience, as CEO of Spartex Industrial Corporation, an international textile machinery firm and an investment banker,Saurabh’s tryst with events began with his love for music.
Saurabh’s greatest contribution to the Indian music industry has been efforts to revive the the tradition of hosting “Mehfils”, private and intimate music and poetry gatherings for a select audience comprising only the most ardent music enthusiasts. Saurabh’s Mehfils have attracted some of the most respected contemporary classical musicians and poets including the late Mehdi Hassan, the late Jagjit Singh, Gulam Ali, Ustad Rashid Khan, Hariharan, Jaspinder Narula, Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Anu Malik, Saleem-Suleiman, Shreya Ghoshal, Talat Aziz, Abhijeet, Kailash Kher, Poets such as – Javed Akhtar, Nida Fazli among others.
